What he quoted simply describes what has already happened and settles absolutely nothing.

WMI subs assets were liquidated and transferred to the LT and the asset-less subs were then MERGED and dissolved.

Tanj is yet to explain how WMI, that now exists as the WMILT, can be merged with COOP.

Yet another example of how info is misinterpreted to fit what people want to believe.
