Sure, they’ve made updates at the Massachusetts SOS somewhat consistently over the years except for the 3 year gap between 2016 and 2019. However, they have not done the same with Delaware. The Delaware update is the one that makes you go hmmm? This was their first update at the Delaware SOS since 1999 (20 years).
Why reinstate both at the same time? Why reinstate in Delaware after 20 years of inactivity?
