Nobody is going to hook up tens of thousands of coronavirus patients to dialysis machines for 6-8 hours. Yes, that filter goes into a dialysis machine.

That's why they finally admitted the HemoPurifier would not be used for Ebola -- the cost and the lack of dialysis machines in Africa. True, it was used on one doctor who was cured of Ebola, but that doctor received $1M worth of various treatments, including running his blood through the HemoPurifier. $1M to save one life. Think about it.

The recent PPS spike was caused by pumpers lying about the use of the HemoPurifier for a coronavirus. The Company should have spoke up immediately to set things straight but they didn't -- they rode the wave.
