Exactly, I could care less who the supposed auditor of the supposed financials is. My point was simply constrained to pointing out that if Airys has information that is known only to the company, realizes the information is or may possible be of "insider" nature, and he is trading based upon such information, Airys has, at least so far as he presents things on this board, engaged in insider trading. That is all, just an observation.
