You do know that the cash they got in the bank probably adequate for them to keep the lights on until July 1 right?

they need a cash infusion from some where.. so they need some cash to pay back DGF and enough cash to allow them to finish the cream study on Phase 2.. I stated in the past that a JV of 10MM cash with ownership will do the the trick until they get the cream past phase 2 which is 2 years away.
