Hughes was head of bankrupt Biotech Mills/Kenactiv Innovations
As I mentioned in last night's post, before being hired as HEMP's VP of Marketing and Sales, Robert Hughes was the CEO of Kenactiv Innovations (formerly, Biotech Mills), which owned the decortication equipment that Hemp bought at KI's bankruptcy auction in March, 2014.
In 2012, the year before it went bankrupt, Kenactiv lost $9M, then in 2013 it lost $4M and filed for bankruptcy with, IIRC, $10M in debt and a million or so in assets.
