I don’t doubt it will come. I’m just trying to point out with connections such as these guys have, they should have enough confidence to start the project with a reasonable minimum and finalize within the year the rest of the deal. Getting started would add value to the project by bringing it forward sooner than later and establishing confidence towards shareholders and then the share price would be on the way up.
