I never said the ticker was suspended . To recap the FACTS ARE


1. that the ticker BIOAQ was deleted “due to the cusip suspension “ .
2. That the cusip was suspended “due to chapter 15 Liquodation”
3. The shares of BioAmber are attached to the suspended (not cancelled)cusip number meaning bioamber shares. Have IN FACT remained suspended longer than the 10 day “max” lol

Now regardless how this were to turn out these steps would have taken place . As you pointed out, this is not a “trading halt”. When one looks at all the reasons for a cusip suspension , among all the bad reasons are also “buyouts, mergers, name/ticker change”.

Moving right along, any of those GOOD THINGS could come due to the “chapter 15 Liquidation” if that Liquidation includes any complex restructuring /363, or buyout. This doesn’t prove GOOD THINGS ARE COMING, but thee steps would still happen if/when they are coming. Your opinion however has been duly noted.
