If they can not update the SOS or OTC because of $$, the least they could do is update the web site, it's free.

ADSV – Allied Security Innovations, Inc. management working over the Christmas holidays in CA for a merger discussion till January 8th. As interim management on both ADSV and unrelated OTC Co.
