Well it could be a couple of things:
1. They sold off there BK Pink shares way back then and or took the entire right off (loss carried forward rule) against future earnings and they have made $$ since then
2. They invested directly into the DST (just as many did, except anyone like us, retail) thus are a direct recipient of some of those trusts
3. Or yes your correct, there investment is in tact, they did not take the right off and its coming thus the silence

However at this point Boris, you dont know, you dont have the details or you would have posted it. Right?
Being out of BK, we have no representation so thus we hope that we interpreted the BK documents correctly and didn't selectively parsed info to make us all feel better about our 11 year old investment.
No one here has the answer, other then maybe CBA09 but he is long gone...
