I am not an attorney, but thats what I understand also..... The Appeal Courts will reverse the lower Courts Decision.

Now especially with that Supreme Court Decision, and the California Judge specifically stating the Supreme Court Case... we are in a very good Position.

Just shows why almost 25% of the Companies Shares are Restricted Shares now. Which is still being updated every trading day, with no changes except for Restricted Shares being issued since at least 1-13-2020.
