However you should have an inkling of the idea that when you make a trip to the old fort and then return to expouse your "belief" it puts you in a rather unique position. It is not like any random individual here just stating his "belief" and going ahead and announcing he is going to buy some shares.
YOU put yourself in the position as a spokesperson for the company, not a representative of the shareholders. I immediately questioned your "need" to tell us that you were about to purchase a large amount of shares. Why tell us? Why not just quietly do it? And now you are one of the mods on the board. Sorry mate, the appearance of conflict of interest is a bit too strong, all of your own, perhaps inadvertant, making.
