Last run was due to less dumping by Ripple...But they dumped all the way down from $3.23 and so many people hit burned,, people still seeing the continues dumping...Retail investors are not trusting it anymore..And the only way this go up that high is jav institutional investors with deep pockets buying but unfortunately they're buying direct from Ripple with a deep discounted price and tuen around and dumping it..This is why this pos can even managex 1 cent gained..
