Dan Montano & cronies such as .......... cannot win anything from VT. The best result for Butterball is that he doesn't lose everything including Shittya.
1. The arbitration case is against him & Dr. Jacobs. In a few days they will find out whether they get totally cleaned out by the judge/arbitrator's decision. VT has no downside.
2. The hoax involuntary bankruptcy case has already been decided. The judge is now deciding is how much damages VT receives from the Dan cronies by way of actual & punitive. In the next week we'll find out. Of course Dan's little lapdog, John Laub, is one of the cronies who could be wiped out by the damages award.

By the way can anyone tell me why in Dan's Money Show video why he doesn't in his background introduction page mention that he personally is bankrupt and has been for more than 6 years. He also fails to mention the 15 plus companies that he has bankrupted as the CEO. Oh, I almost forgot he also fails to mention that he was convicted of fraud by the Government when he bankrupted Baraban Securities in Orange County & was caught stealing money from the company. From memory he was fined over $1 million dollars which of course he avoided paying.
