Reverse Split is or should be coming

The company is showing good progress but is needed to raise money in pennies - as it is an OTC stock majority of the investors cannot touch it.
Also with 650 million shares and further possible dilution, this will look bloated.

NP added audit committee member and he is going towards meeting pre-requisites. He should do a 10:1 reverse split - the SP will go to $15-16, share count will go down to 65 million or less - it will move to Nasdaq, will get credibility, more investors will come and good results will lead to much higher reaction by market
In Jun rebalancing, stock will go to different index adding to demand as well
