If I may? The sub-penny stocks, for the most part, are NOT scams. At least they didn't start out as a scam.
They are legit companies trying to make it big. Then something happens causing things to go badly. They must reach out for financing and guess who only lender willing to "Take the Risk" is.
Right, the TOXIC lenders.
Being sunk in debt, there's no way to make a profit except to increase and sell shares. This becomes a vicious circle.......

But that ALL OTC's are "Scams"? No they're not.....
