you can if you know how to buy properly. most just sit and camp the low bid trying to get the absolute rock bottom price, never build a position, stock runs up without them or they only have a small position. then they chase it on way up, overspend at higher price, can't get back out at cost average, take a loss.

that's an exercise in futility and frustration.

be patient

know what you buying before you buy it

exit when everyone wants it
