Top Penny, you know SEC rules and after MMTC filed the 15-12G they told the SEC that they will never be current or file 10-Qs and 10-Ks ever again;

Only you is saying that MMTC is operational. The company has no operating licenses in California, has their corporation suspended in California, and has not communicated with the investment community in any way in over 4 years.

If MMTC was alive, they really should let shareholders know; starting here;
