In both instances, the direct and indirect subsidiaries of the parent, each have an individual tax ID, but due to the fact that only the Parent Corp., Publicly Trades, ... only the Parent Corp is required to reveal financials in their SEC Filings ...

Please review the 10-Q I recently posted and *Mr Cooper Groups use of the SEC Rulings to subdue the need to report WMIH Corp values while still in bankruptcy ...
