You say "appears" but is there a financial relationship between ARYC and PAS or is PAS using ARYC technology without any agreement with ARYC.

The ARYC stuff is patented; correct? Therefore, did PAS "steal" the technology and formed its own "test" or are the "tests" being done at ARYC's LAB?
