The origional flt control system was 2 backups, avionics 3..Am not educated on fly by wire but assume new generation systems employ hydraulic unit activation fed by coaxil wire control fed by computer inputs. But i don't know. I do know weight reduction promoted design. Also, reliance on computers over pilots for flight control was a constant..

Now with SiNtx most origionaly in have been financially drained.. This present offer may be good, but without management support i.e. a PR, it's a risk not many trust...
