If you do a lot of research on Dr David Dalton and his private companies, his tweets, all of his contacts on linkedin you will start to see the picture. A small example is him rolling his private company that made 213 million last year into the stock. He will not file to become reporting again until everything is ready. Anyway, not trying to convince you, those are just some reasons why I have 100% faith in what he is building.
