Obviously. Rico cases can take place in Federal OR State courts. Also, why are even talking about RICO when there is none.


Even if there was, it would get thrown out VERY quickly. Research RICO cases and how they work + how DIFFICULT They are to win etc.

A stinky OTC ticker is not going to win a RICO case, one that even doesn't exist lol :)
