I wonder who the "key employees" are. They are getting more options to purchase shares than the whole board combined. You know Matt Oczkowski is gonna get paid, Data Propria is about to bring in some mad money from the campaign.

I find it very interesting that note holders would not have converted with lows of .0014. Looks like they were paid off and this was just excess interest and fees.

The big one is coming.
