Yeah, I slapped the ask this morning when my low-ball bid failed. So much for my bargaining prowess. My low ball was just a cent below the ask (as it was dropping). Sat there, so I slapped the ASK!!! Now watching my dream go down:)

Getting into that Form D filing on Tuesday, want to assign that as our dip this week. & it may be. With no other news, our Board of Directors just bought into us with $20 million. Equivalent cash amount to Eagle Therapeutics buy-in, by our officers.
Ahh, no other factors provided (number of shares, et al). Can't find the bar charts for ownership accounts. I'm pretty excited about this actually. As Axel notes, we're MAJORITY HELD by insiders, and now even more so.
I'm upbeat about this turn of events. Expect the turn around soon. Just wish I had some better timing.
