I hope you do realize that WINTERS referred to here is actually Brian Conway the previous CEO of LIBE. He is also now the owner of the firm ELTZ/PCTI hired Waypoint Refinery to do the PR work here.

Act fast to get out in matched trading only without bids/asks available before the SEC revokes this scam.

The only problem is who would even buy shares of this garbage now.
