As has now been proven, there was never a Form 2-11 filed.

There is zero chance this will get off the grey market, as it was incorrectly moved to the pinks. More importantly, it was relegated to the grey market years ago, when it was suspended by the SEC. It can not return to quoted trading unless and until a MM files a Form 2-11, pursuant to Rule 15c2-11. As this company is long gone, that will never happen.
