I never once disputed the OS or the float. What I did point out is that Eddie increased the number of AUTHORIZED SHARES from 3 billion to 11 billion. All you have to do is check the Wyoming SOS website to confirm that.

However, people think the TA also verifies the AS on OTC. Well clearly the TA does not since OTC currently shows both the AS and OS as 3 billion each.

As it is, even if Eddie actually does make good and reduces the AS by 60 percent that means the AS will be 4.4 billion...an increase of 1.4 billion --or nearly 50 percent-- more than the 3 billion currently reported on OTC which you and others insist is "verified."

Therefore, buddy, I am correct. The TA and OTC both rely on Eddie to report any changes he makes to the AS in Wyoming. Glad I could help clear that up/
