Yes, prior to today’s news they had been shorting 10s of millions.

They kept averaging up and averaging up.

They were not worried because CAVR volume was always light. They figured they could take it down when they wanted.

They definitely were not expecting this substantial news and big volume today.

They threw the kitchen sink at us today to prevent a massive squeeze, but their short position has just increased substantially

Now that the company has given shareholders a reason to hold/buy more, the MMs won’t be able to get covers easily, thus the intense aggression today.
