Wait, what? So, a lawyer just waltzes into Nevada's 8th Judicial District Court and bamboozles the judge into granting custodianship to an "illegal" company, huh? Is that seriously the story? I'm no expert but that sounds like complete and total bullshit.

By the way, Investment Reserves walking away from a troubled ticker with more baggage than it's probably worth means jack-shit to VNTA. In fact, comparing VNTA to EMBR is like comparing apples to rocks. One has absolutely nothing to do with the other except for who paid to petition for custodianship.

Besides, with a share structure even remotely close to this, who gives a shit if Investment Reserves are amateurs or seasoned veterans, just as long as they intend to do what every custodian does and facilitate a reverse merger.
