Femsa owns OXXO and they are a beverage company. These people know the ins and outs of the beverage industry in Mexico. Things are changing in Mexico and they are in the process of making major changes in legislation. With the drinks from RMHB on the label it says CBD INFUSED, that is going to create a problem for the company. They had that problem before and had to redo the label but it is what it is. I think thats why the site for Rocket high and California tea are down. They vote on this legislation in April down in Mexico
