I know when it looks the darkest...AS IT HAS for the past OVER two years. Is the time to buy. I hope this idea of my purchasing these shares will pay off. It has in the past. But I must admit this is frustrating, and NO it does not add up. At this point, I am investing with Blind Faith. I hope there is a real company being built here. As time will tell. We know the company made a littl over $2m in revenues, from the Winter Sports Division as PRed. That is not too bad of a start. The Mag is a VERY SMALL part of this company. And I think HAM may be making $500k or so. Just idea. And this Matrix IF aquired will be able to obtain us a BID back. And then the ONLY way the PPS takes off...is with retirement of shares. That is MY HOPE!!
And as far as taxes, he does run behind BUT never assessed a fine per the Vermont and Deleware state tax records. I guess you can say he is NOT paying them on TIME...but he is NOT getting fined for whatever reason!! RJ
