Further research shows the CEO of the the incoming company is also on the board of directors for Oncore Pharma. Oncore Pharma Board of Directors

I then found this press release that shows Oncore just did a deal for $62 Million dollars in October of 2019. Oncore Pharma Press release

So, we have a confirmed reverse merger with Next Dynamic, the CEO is a badass, and we are looking at about a 422M OS!!!
