Balancing between stocks worked well for me in the past. If one goes up, you can buy more of the others. In the China space it is more a matter of buying more of the one that goes down. Because not much goes up.

So here, down at 0.10, is where you are supposed to increase your position. Except that we have the dumpers which is making it very risky and complicated for us.

I am lucky this time. I was able to increase my position substantially without having to sell anything. There isn't much I can sell.

And I don't agree with 2 of your stocks. But you already know that.
