In a nutshell this is what’s unfolding...just as Japan is digitizing the Yen, the United States will digitize the dollar and all countries will follow suit. Each country will have walled gardens around their digitized fiat and XRP will be the bridge to interconnect every one of them together....which is what leveling the playing field means. XRP is going to give liquidity to the new financial system for real time 24/7/365 cross border transactions for pennies. XRP is going to free up trillions of dollars....this is going to be absolutely insane.
