2013 SIAF filed S-1 and canceled.

I thought it was completely removed. Apparently not.

2015 they filed S-1 for $15m convertible notes. Was it fully subscribed and by whom?

That is the ECAB note.

On August 29, 2014, we completed the closing of a private placement financing transaction with Euro China Capital AB, an accredited investor, which purchased a 10.5% Convertible Note in the aggregate principal amount of up to $33,300,000.
