I disagree with you on "dead worthless patents" sometimes it takes a while to get the public to see the benefits of a new product.
This was still in development stage when Steve took it over in 2017. There was no money to market the product, get it out there, test it, and everything else that goes in to a new material.
It takes time to see if it holds up and performs the function of the product it was put in to.
Like Matteresses! You think you can sell matteresses without making sure they hold up, are safe, and manufactured to perfection?
I think they focused too much on matteresses and pillows early on because they needed a product to test the Vytex in, for long term use. Those might have been the easiest to do.
This is a new commodity, you can't just make things and say there you go, it works!
You have to make sure it's safe to use and it won't fall apart. All those intricate details take time, people and money.
I look at Vytex as still in it's infany stage, but now it has a team and an infrastructure to make it more useful in a number of products.
RXAIR is really cool. It's one of only two that has FDA approval and that is a huge deal. Also has been sold and tested in a hospital or two and it works better then most out there, is whats been said in reviews.
RXAIR needs to be manufactured on a gross quantity orders so it can possibly be cheaper. I think the home version should get under 299.00 to go main stream. If another company does spin this off and puts big money in to it, it might reach that price point and it would sell tons of them.
VYTEX, Also, the world is asking to go more green, Vytex as a rubber or plastic and natural is what the world is demanding now. Timing is awesome for Vytex IMO
RXAIR, the world is looking for cleaner air and to fight off bacteria that is getting worse everywhere. Also, people are waking up to things like The flu shot and how vaccinations are untrustworthy and bad for your health. People are looking for more natural remedies as well as keeping the flu from being in your home. RX AIR kills the flu it says.
I think these patents are in The right time for the world right now. If the Rotmans' can just get out here and sell it. They have a lot to work with.
