It is a bit unreasonable to expect an investor to go independently verify a company is compliant to trade on the tier they’re on when there are regulatory bodies to enforce that.


Well maybe next time don’t invest on a social media rumor?
There were plenty of reasons not to throw money at this thing.
There was NO INFO for starters. It was someone’s momo play all based on rumors.


And sometimes those regulatory bodies need a phone call - like Janice did to alert them. They can’t be everywhere and know everything.
There were numerous discussions going on about those tier changes with the SEC. And I don’t believe they have solved the problem yet. But I wouldn’t be surprised if they looked at how and why these otc traded like they did when information on them was not available publicly. Obviously a group took it as an opportunity to run a few stocks during the confusion with the tier changes.
