On the one hand AMRH CFO very weak on the other hand Jay CEO very inspiring.

I was missing some facts like
- whats the compensation for IT business
- what happens with liabilities, receivables etc
- actual Revenue & Profit of Jay Pharma
- dividend to shareholders

and a lot more.

No transparency for now.... hopefully authorities and shareholders will not approve this status.
For now I feel the old shareholders are hornswoggled by fraudsters.
