~ Mr Gold, "Correct" And Why I Posted Three Documented Examples Of "WMI" Being The Parent Holding Company ~

... the debtors representation was only involved with the actual bankruptcy filers ... and as I said earlier, ... Judge Walrath stopped the debtors attempt to continue to join any additional direct or indirect WMI' sub income producing financials, in October of 2008' ... (first day filings, as I posted years ago)

Judge Walrath actually put the squirm on the original attemps to take it all, very, very, early on' ... then ? MW showed up in early 2009' ? hmmmm ? just sayin' ... (lots of smart people in the room)

Corporate Structure and General Background

"WMB is a stock-form, federally chartered savings association. The FDIC insures the Banks deposits through its Deposit Insurance Fund. WMB's home office is in Henderson, Nevada while its primary executive and business segment headquarters are in Seattle, Washington. As of June 30, 2008, The bank had 2239 retail branches operating in 15 states. WMB operates primarily in major metropolitan areas on both coasts and in selected middle states with four primary business lines (1) Home Loans, (2) Card Services, (3) Multifamily/Commercial Loans, and (4) Retail Banking-Production and Operations.

WMB's toptier holding company, Washington Mutual, Inc. (WMI) is a unitary thrift holding company. It is mainly a shell. Washington Mutual Bank, fsb (WMBfsb) is the Bank's OTS-chartered operating subsidiary and it holds WMBs investment portfolio."

“Washington Mutual, Inc. is a legal entity separate and distinct from its banking and non-banking subsidiaries. It’s principal sources of funds are cash dividends paid by those subsidiaries, investment income and borrowings.”

”Washington Mutual believes that it never has been, is not currently and is not likely in the future to become a United States real property holding corporation. Even if Washington Mutual is or becomes a United States real property holding corporation, so long as the Washington Mutual common stock continues to be regularly traded on an established securities market,"

============================================

... one of the constant misunderstandings is that the debtor represented ALL that was WMI' ... they' did not' ...
