The stock was suspended by the SEC years ago, and relegated to the grey market. It has never had a true bid/ask, and is precluded from ever being quoted, unless an MM has stuck his neck on the line and filed a Form 211, pursuant to Rule 15c-211.
I seriously doubt that any MM would have done that recently.
