Unfortunately, the S1 says there will be about 2.5M shares outstanding after the uplist. At pre-reverse split market cap.... this thing should be around $2.50. That’s some pretty serious dilution, I mean that’s 5 x more shares outstanding. If they didn’t RS, that would be the equivalent of 320M shares. That’s pretty shitty.
