my guess if that is true, ed and mike would just be in the wings playing the same game. i guess if their will be a new ceo then they'll reverse it calling it a reorganization. probably about 100 for 1 unless they can dump another 158 million shares before february then it would be 200 to 300 for 1. in other words you can't buy enough an low enough to come out ahead.
this's the typical pink sheet scam that keeps the scammers in business. i don't know if that's true but if it is then were pretty much out of luck. all in my humble opinion.
