I had a good conversation with their IR guy - Gregg. They are working behind the scenes to get everything they said they would like audited financials for uplisting etc. just takes time when you are merged in via rm as you are really doing financials for two companies and when u r a private company ahead of time u don’t worry about keep super detailed records since u r not public so it takes time to re accomplish those tasks. Honestly, once u get those thing’s together and are no longer chasing down records and receipts from Years ago when private, that is when it really comes together. Then u start telling your investors about all the great projects etc and are more easily can put out more release to shareholders.
