IMO, SPSO will have trouble escaping the current trading range until they address the share structure

Shares Authorized 850,000,000
Shares Outstanding 383,898,167

I know the float is 30,000,000 but EPS is base on O/S.

Potential investors want a more favorable share structure and of course would love to see audited financials.

If they can have audited financials and somehow decrease the O/S, then potential investors will jump in head first.
