Correct!!!CAVEAT EMPTOR AND FORM 15 and Defendants Mark Schena and Martinsky informed Plaintiffs Zalcberg and Taub that "Arrayit was in dire straits monetarily and could not afford the legal fees of a protracted legal document.". Those are facts.
