1) could you see a converted COOP shares payout with the accumulated amount through those years?

... No, I Do Not Believe That Would be Possible' ... The cummulative "Cash" would belong to the original dividend recipients or to the original WMI common share owners' ... however', ... the dividend producing subsidiaries' (plural) themselves, that were not allowed to file or to be procedurally joined, would still belong to the original parent corporation' ...

*Mr Cooper may currently be a cool name' and all, ... but *Mr Cooper doesn't own all that was WMI, which has now reorganized into "WMIH" the parent corp., ... so that's where I believe that a Corporate Action must occur to begin the financial melting combination between the servicer (*Mr Cooper Group) and the parent' (WMIH) ...

2) how about paying the principal? $24 B is still on the radar screen.

Yep, that original filing has always been interesting ... $32B - $8B ='s $24 Billion ... I think we'll find out soon enough now that the Cases are closed' ... I have some thoughts on the matter, but nothing concrete and no direct SEC filing reference to that particular "holding company" number ...

... A quick referral back to Bonderman's common share position and my previous post' ... the greater the class 22 wamuq's releasing number was reduced' ... the greater Bondermans' recovery would be' ...
