Crazy isn't it.

When you buy ,stock probably go's lower the day's after you buy.
When you are waiting for a dip it could never occur.

i'm also waiting to pick up more here.
Only thing that could be in our favor is that they are behind there schedule. so many are going to be inpatient if it takes to long.

If it breaks $2 ,this could rally before the news;

But i think we see $3 in the near term with news of commercialization in effect.
And for the time being $1.65 is the bottom.

so 10% downside and massive upside.
