... The original "convesion" was to the ESC cusips' ... (yep, those same ESC Cusips that the WMI-LT WAS NOT ABLE TO "Cancel")

... Yes', ... That Is My own opinion, and as I've been posting regarding the WMI Corporate Structure', and how WMI was a holding company' that has now reorganized, ... and that the dividends were produced for the holding company', NOT BY THE WMI' Holding Company ...
