The courts obviously have enough evidence to charge and prosecute. Otherwise the case would have never been opened in the first place. Or dismissed for lack of evidence. Guess what? THE HEMPINC STOCK FRAUD CASE IS ALIVE, STILL YEARS LATER.

Shareholders should sue Brucie for not settling charges and devaluing the company...lol

Settling charges is not necessarily admitting guilt, it’s taking care of business so that investors can realize a profit rather than a huge loss like Hempinc has done. Class action lawsuit against Hempinc for purposely keeping stock fraud charges from being settled is the only lawsuit needed here.
